Separation of Oil from Engine Parts Washer(OilSep)
This system is designed to separate oil from the
wash water used in an automobile parts (head,
block, and crank) washing machine and thus
eliminate the possibility of having wash failures.
Most of the failures resulting from the washing of
parts are concerned with oil content or mucous
substances.
This system not only gets rid of suspended oil but
also remove fine oil droplets dispersed in the wash
water.
This system can also mount a chip treatment device
(Gsep), with a view to eliminating suspended chips
and carbon particles.
